These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered image text translation service available at https://imagetranslator.tech (the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
⚠️ Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ImageTranslate.ai provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to translate text within images while preserving original layout, font positions, and design quality. The Service is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the Internet.
The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including Alibaba Cloud Qwen multimodal AI model, for text recognition and translation. The Service's performance and availability may be affected by these providers' operational status.
AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated translations may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output accuracy before relying on it.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to this agreement.
We offer subscription plans to access the Service. Current plan details and pricing are available at https://imagetranslator.tech/pricing.
We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time. Price changes will be communicated in accordance with Section 15.
By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize ImageTranslate.ai to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fees. This recurring authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 6.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. For annual subscriptions, we will send a renewal reminder before charging your payment method.
All payment card data is processed by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your complete card number on our servers.
Your credit card statement will show the descriptor "IMGTRANSLATE*WAFFO" for transactions.
Unless otherwise noted, prices displayed do not include applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by law, we will collect and remit applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
Cancellation takes effect immediately. We will send a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
After cancellation:
Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
Send refund requests to refunds@imagetranslator.tech with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@imagetranslator.tech before contacting your bank or card issuer. We are committed to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 10.
By submitting content to the Service ("Input Content"), you grant ImageTranslate.ai a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for training AI models without your explicit consent.
The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including Alibaba Cloud Qwen. Output Content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output accuracy before relying on it. Do not use AI output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification.
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.
⚠️ AI Content Disclaimer: The Service's AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ImageTranslate.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are required by law. If we terminate for reasons not caused by your breach, we will pro-rate refund any prepaid, unused portion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@imagetranslator.tech.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@imagetranslator.tech to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
