1. Credit Pack Refunds

All payments for AI try-on credit packs are processed through Waffo, our secure payment processor. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available for unused credits.
• After 14 days: No refunds provided.
• Expired credits: No refunds for expired credit packs.

2. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

3. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank, your account will be suspended pending resolution.
