Acceptable Use Policy — AI Generated Content

1. Scope

This policy applies to all content generated, published, transmitted, or stored through ImageTranslate.ai's service, including:

  • Text: AI-generated or translated text, captions, and content within images
  • Images: Uploaded images and AI-translated image output
  • User Inputs (Prompts): Text descriptions and instructions submitted by users

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

ImageTranslate.ai expressly prohibits using the Service to generate, process, or translate content falling into any of the following six categories:

  • Sexual / NSFW Content — Any pornographic, sexually suggestive, or adult-oriented material
  • Violence / Gore — Content depicting, promoting, or inciting physical violence, self-harm, or harm to others
  • Hate Speech — Content promoting discrimination, harassment, or hateful views based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Any content that depicts, describes, or depicts sexual exploitation of minors; this is a zero-tolerance offense
  • Deepfake / Impersonation — AI-generated content that impersonates real individuals or misleads viewers about authenticity
  • Copyright or Trademark Infringement — Content violating third-party intellectual property rights

2.1 Zero Tolerance — Immediate Action

The following content, once identified, will be immediately removed and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
  • Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
  • Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
  • Content advocating genocide or ethnic hatred
  • Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals

2.2 General Prohibited Uses

  • Generating or spreading misinformation or rumors
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations
  • Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Passing off AI content as human-created work
  • Bulk generating spam or fraudulent content
  • Using jailbreak prompts to circumvent safety systems

3. Content Moderation

ImageTranslate.ai employs a multi-layer moderation system: Automated Screening + Human Review + Periodic Audits.

3.1 Automated Screening (Real-Time)

All inputs and generated content are scanned in real-time through our safety filters:

  • Input Filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of user prompts
  • Output Filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated content
  • Usage Pattern Analysis: Monitoring for abnormal API usage behavior

3.2 Human Review

  • Confidentiality: Reporter identity is strictly protected
  • Neutrality: All reports undergo independent, objective review
  • Anti-Abuse: Malicious or false reports will be recorded and acted upon

5. Reporting Channels

For urgent matters involving child safety or imminent harm, please use the email channel and include "URGENT" in the subject line.

6. Response and Processing Timelines
